righto! i'm back from aust. and the weather there can kill you! when it's hot, let me say.. it kinda feels as though you're a chicken pie caught in mom's oven under convection bake. it's dry and the heat wave is almost palpable. when it's cold, HAHA please wear more clothing. common sense/
alright, no worries! i won't dwell into the minute details of my trip to the Down under (well, according t what i heard. That is what the English people call Australia) but just give you some brief illustrations about some significant events that took place during my approx. 12 days there. well, this entry is for those who are interested of course(:
most enjoyable experience:
as far as i can remember, the trip to melbourne was mainly packed with shopping activities. shopping's my drug so yeah, you can't blame me for taking a little dose of it after depriving myself since june! shopping's nice, you can't hate shopping(:
most embarrassing experience:
okay, this happened during my stay in melbourne. bro, mom and i were crossing the street t buy two tubs of (what my brothers call) 'very very nice ice-cream' (both of them have been staying in mel for quite a while already). clearly, the 'very very nice ice-cream' wasn't very very nice to me. apparently, i don't have eyes glued to my shoes and i wasn't watching my steps. so lo and behold, as the three of us were trying t beat the traffic, i clumsily banged into my brother and fell flat on the road! you have no idea how scary it was. everything was in a frenzy and i can't really recall what exactly happened but i knew the cars were streaming in in my direction and all i could do was t lie there- frozen. HORRIFIC. anyway, as you can see, it wasn't game over. so yay. praise the lord!
To keep this entry short AND SWEET(: besically, i had a pretty nice trip tho the roadtrip in tassie was like The Amazing Race
