alright everyone! start digging the gold out of ya ears as the most irritating chinese listenning compre comes first thing tomorrow morning! oh. and not to forget, get on to reading your chinese dictionaries (also known as the picture book) as you'll need it for tomorrow's papers 1 and 2.

about today:
i had the honour to wake up late this morning(: (yays!) because of some retarded nomination thingy over at our school so yeah! it's so cool marn! all those spongey mikes, cameramen, noisy reporters, colourful umbrellas and so on, it seemed as though the venue for the singapore idol tryouts had been shifted over to Bedok View.

anyway, back to today, mommy took a halfday leave to spend her birthday with us, how sweet! and since we had a proper birthday dinner for her recently this sunday, we had a simple lunch at fish and co for a change. wah! it was so annoying okay? dad and my fish and chips took forever to touch the table and we were starved! the waiter was so forgetful and the whole service thingy was a mess! oh wells, it just teaches me to not visit that place again. twice we've been there, twice we've received bad service! how unfortunate.

proceeding on the the early evening, i went to siglap with M to grab some cakes for the surprise celebration tonight. wanted to order the tiramisu cake from secret recipe but then again, i didn't. there were only four people in that house, what for buy a big one right? so this sensible daughter, but yet again not-so-sensible, decided to hop over to coffee club to buy four different cakes: mom's favourite- carrot cake, rum and raisin choco truffle, hazelnut choco, and choco mint. (I THINK LAH) haha as you know, my memory's failing (sadly, yes)

so yeah.. decided to have a twist this year with each of us having our own individual cake served by yours truely. haha gonna do the bangla job later on tonight when mom comes back.
